The Role

Alternatively, if you are working towards a suitable qualification (NDEA/LCEA) we would be delighted to hear from you and discuss if we can work together to develop your skill set and complete the qualification.


As a Sustainability Consultant you will play a crucial role in our team, working on diverse commercial property instructions across various asset classes.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a change-maker in the world of sustainable property solutions. If you want to work with a fun, dynamic and self-motivated team to aid our mission to create a sustainable future in real estate, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • We have a varied client list, ranging from UHNWI’s to institutional investors, and we work with both owners and occupiers. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of project and professional work including:
  • Energy Assessments & Recommendations. (Energy modelling with the ability to advise on building upgrade options, impact on EPC and produce recommendation reports, draft & final EPC’s).
  • EPC Assessments.
  • NET ZERO Roadmaps & Recommendations.
  • ESG Accreditations (happy to fund and support further qualifications)
  • Site Surveys.
  • Project Management & Monitoring.
  • Client management.

The Person:

  • Qualified or working towards - Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or CIBSE Certified Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)Full working knowledge of relevant software.
  • A passion for de-carbonisation and working towards NET ZERO.
  • Any other ESG linked accreditations would be welcomed (but not essential).
  • Excel & POWER BI skills would be welcomed.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Driven and ambitious to achieve.
  • Ability to tailor approach to suit a range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Accurate with high attention to detail.
  • A working interest in sustainability.
  • Good time management.
