The Role

Working within a nationally recognised team, you will assist in managing catastrophic injury cases valued up to £20m, involving:

  • Brain and spinal injuries
  • Amputations and polytrauma
  • Severe psychiatric injuries and chronic pain

Flexible working arrangements are available across Liverpool, Leeds, and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of RTA, EL, and PL catastrophic claims
  • Drafting pleadings, reports, and court documents
  • Conducting liability investigations and gathering expert evidence
  • Managing deadlines, attending hearings, and ensuring compliance with court directions and client service levels
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What's Required?

  • 1-4 years PQE in litigation, ideally with catastrophic or serious injury experience
  • Strong understanding of defendant personal injury law
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Excellent communication and case management skills
