About the Role

As a Project Management Intern, you will collaborate with experienced project managers to assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role will help you develop essential project management skills, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, while gaining exposure to various project management tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Help track project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Support project managers in identifying project risks, challenges, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Assist with project resource planning, including task assignments and team coordination.
  • Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Help ensure that project milestones are achieved according to timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
