Investment Associate, Tier One Credit Opportunities/ Global Private Debt Fund

We are now working with one of the top global credit funds. They have a fantastic track record investing in lending directly to European corporates as well as investing in other credit opportunities.
They are now looking to hire an Associate to work on the origination and execution of deals for the fund in the London office. This can work across the full spectrum of debt investments such as high yield bonds, as well as direct lending/ mezzanine deals.
The role will work on
- Identification and origination of investments for the fund
- Due diligence and analysis of loans and deals, preparing reports for the Partners
- Regular interaction with management teams of portfolio companies
- Financial modelling and valuations
- Deal structuring and execution
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Private debt/ credit analyst professionals from other funds
- Credit analysts from buy and sell side firms
- Analysts with leveraged finance/ credit/ M&A teams
- Debt and restructuring advisors
- The role is suitable for someone with 3- 6 years experience
