Role Overview

Currently seeking an innovative and versatile Marketing Manager to lead and execute omni-channel marketing strategies within for a new app based platfrom in the medical and wellbeing sector. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on marketer with a passion for digital-first approaches to make an impact in a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will work across paid, owned, and earned media channels, contributing to the company's growth while paving the way for future leadership as Marketing Director under senior mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies leveraging digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Campaign Management:
    Design, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns, incorporating CRM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

  • Content Creation:
    Create compelling copy and visual content using tools like Canva to support brand consistency across all campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Collaborative Development:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, contribute to training initiatives, and support company-wide strategies.

  • Operational Oversight:
    Independently manage marketing projects from conception to execution, delivering high-quality results on time.

  • Growth Leadership:
    Leverage mentoring opportunities to build leadership capabilities and position yourself for future transition into a Marketing Director role.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Expertise in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Familiarity with GMS and DevOps is a plus.

  • Creativity & Communication:
    Proven ability to craft engaging copy and produce visual content aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Organisational Strength:
    Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
