Graduate Recruitment Consultant – (Cantonese/Mandarin speaker)
Our client is one of the leading FinTech recruitment companies globally headquartered in London with additional offices in New York, Singapore and Europe. They are expanding rapidly to meet these exciting markets growing demand in 2025.
Their methodology is to train their staff to collaborate and get paid the best commission possible with no thresholds and drive your career quickly while adapting to you as an individual.
The Role:
They are looking for dynamic graduates with fluent Cantonese/Mandarin language skills and a passion for sports and a keen eye for talent to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging your sporting background to understand the qualities that make a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
- Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles.
- Foster long-term connections with potential talent through networking and regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the job market that compliments your client network
- Conduct market mapping to identify key talent within specific sectors.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in any discipline. (Graduated 2023 onwards).
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driven and motivated by results, money, and the desire to work hard to master your craft
- Highly personable and appreciative of a diverse working environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally across multiple locations.
- Have a thirst for learning and teaching/coaching
- An interest in Financial Markets, Technology & Trading
