We're looking for an experienced AP professional who is ready to take on full responsibility of the function in an established and growing Luxury Fashion Brand. Key Responsibilities:


  • Posting of invoices into the accounting system, ensuring they are coded correctly, and the relevant approvals from departments are requested and obtained.
  • Management of payment runs (multicurrency) and sending remittances.
  • Posting payments into the accounting system and allocating to the relevant invoices.
  • Performing bank reconciliation
  • Reviewing and maintaining aged creditor report – reconciling supplier statements and following up on any discrepancies
  • Ownership of Stock invoices and GRN process on the accounting system – working closely with the Buying and Merchandising team to ensure accuracy of cost prices / units received and raising any issues with the relevant internal team / suppliers.
  • Management of Accounts email Inbox
  • Expenses management and processing.
  • Working closely with the finance assistants on relevant AP postings
  • Supporting the finance team with the move to the new ERP platform, owning the Accounts Payable functionality and integration of the banking system.
  • Filing and ensuring strong record keeping is maintained


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable function within a retail fashion business; e-commerce preferable.
  • Experience with Stock and understanding of accounting principles (i.e posting accruals and prepayments)
  • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft 365 Dynamics experience preferable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with other key stakeholders in the business.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast past environment.
