Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier H&S consultancy services, ensuring that all projects meet profitability and client satisfaction targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and contributing to successful tender submissions.
  • Lead construction H&S initiatives, including CDM roles, site H&S advising, and conducting comprehensive H&S audits.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring consistency, quality, and the success of shared projects.
  • Represent our firm with professionalism, ensuring that client interactions are handled with the utmost care and expertise.

Qualifications:

Essential: Proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer, strong communication and organizational skills, commercial acumen, and membership in the Association of Project Safety (working towards or holding GradIOSH).

Desired: CMaPS or FMaPS certification, CMIOSH qualification, and a full UK driving license.

In return for this, you will receive a salary of up to £65,000 alongside some great benefits such as a company car or car allowance, pension contribution, private medical insurance, health insurance, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and more.
