The individual will manage business processes to maintain client service, front office support and operational effectiveness. The individual will attend governance committees on behalf of the CAO and will form part of the COO management team. Credit Suisse UK Limited has approx. 3000 clients and GBP £8bn of client assets to manage until transfer of business & clients to UBS GWM UK (scheduled for post-June 2025).



Key Responsibilities:


Leading the Client Onboarding team, Client Lifecycle Management team (KYC), Client Service & Operations (executing transfers and payments for clients, client reporting), Client Account Managers (15 FTE) who support the front office revenue generating business (supporting client advisors directly), oversight of the UK Domestic Business Management as well as Tax control and reporting. This is a critical role that reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is absolutely critical to lead and maintain client service, front office support and operational effectiveness. Credit Suisse UK Limited has approx. 3000 clients and GBP £8bn of client assets to manage until transfer of business & clients to UBS GWM UK (scheduled for post-June 2025). Until then, as a PRA/FCA regulated entity, the entity must maintain operational resilience and stability to protect its client franchise.


  • The individual will manage business processes to maintain client service, front office support and operational effectiveness. The individual will attend governance committees on behalf of the CAO and will form part of the COO management team.
  • Report to the COO and the governing bodies of CSUK on the activities of the CAO function
  • Provide business management leadership to the front office UK Domestic business, working with senior business leaders to provide desired client experience and outcomes, as well as integration efforts.



Essential skills:


Senior Business / Functional / Operational Management experience (minimum 5-10 years experience preferred in a leadership role, preferably in a financial institutional / COO function.


Experience Level:


Minimum 5-10 years preferred in a leadership role in COO / Operations / Front office support / middle office capacity.
