National Account Manager – Grocery

We're looking for a National Account Manager to take full ownership of major Grocery accounts, managing multi-million-pound P&Ls and driving growth.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial mindset while being part of a business that values ambition, creativity, and strong relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage key Grocery accounts to drive sales and profitability
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders
- Lead annual JBP negotiations
- Analyse market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
What we're looking for:
- Experience managing UK customers in FMCG (Grocery or Retail experience is a plus)
- A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who thrives in both autonomous and team-based environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
