Programme Manager

Lithium3 have partnered with a business that have a site in Reading and we are looking for a Programme Manager on a permanent basis.
Salary range is £100k - £110k with £5.5k car allowance and 15% bonus.
The role is hybrid, so 2 – 3 days in the office per week in Reading.
The successful Programme Manager will need to show evidence of working on large scale Business Transformation programmes (not just IT transformation).
This role sits as part of the program management group and it is a newly created role to support them with ongoing transformation activities.
This is a senior hands on delivery role and we are looking for candidates who will have previously run highly visible and complex transformation programs. This will have included change of TOM covering people and cultural change processes.
We need for you to have very strong leadership skills and be comfortable working at senior stakeholder level.
A third party has ran the best practise exercise re programme delivery and HR have been working on the organisational design.
They know where they need to go, but they really need this person to know how they get there from a programme management and business transformation perspective.
We need someone who can drive and coach. You will not have reports, but will matrix manage some of the Project Team.
