Junior Client Relationship Manager:
We are a UK registered Talent Acquisition business working with clients across the UK & Europe. We are generating extensive growth within the future mobility market, therefore, we are required to increase our footprint in order to continue our upward trajectory.

Your role will include, but not be limited too managing client relationships, identifying new client opportunities through B2B sales, Talent Acquisition.

The role
*Build & maintain strong relationships with the assigned clients by acting as their single point of contact to ensure straightforward interaction, liaising with the delivery team and co-ordinator's, dealing with queries and resolving issues.
*Front end, client management. Meeting with existing clients both virtually and face to face to manage the relationship and ensure delivery is on target / to deadline.
*Manage the end to end recruitment process
*Identify new client opportunities within the Automation, Robotics and Manufacturing markets
*Focus on market expansion opportunities across UK and Europe
*Support strategic sales plans in connection with Client Engagement team's objectives
*Source, review, pre-screen, and evaluate the applicants/candidates for all live job requirements
*Matching suitable candidates to job requirements based on applicant qualifications, skills, and experience on a consistent set of parameters.
*Responsible for the day to day running of your account, alongside account development and expansion.
*Offer advice to customers on current market conditions as well as advice on market rates and salaries
*You will grow and effectively manage your own Talent Attraction team to ensure excellent customer service is provide and positive candidate relationships are built
*Manage 'talent attraction team' against appropriate KPIs, flag non-performance and support each individual within the team.

Qualifications
*Previous recruitment experience essential
*B2B sales experience
*Strong client development ability
*Automotive or Advanced Technology industry knowledge preferred
*Efficient IT Skills
*Demonstratable leadership and teamwork skills
*Strong interpersonal skills to build positive, lasting relationships
*High enthusiasm to win new client relationships

*Clear sales drive within a competitive market
