Freelance Digital Email and CRM Designer

Freelance Digital Email and CRM Designer - Fashion / activewear / sportswear / Ecommerce - Hybrid London
- Day Rate: £250 to £290
- 3 month initial contract - 6 months
- Notice period 2 weeks, and then moving to a month in the final 3 months.
- Hybrid central London based
Mid-Weight Digital Designer (CRM) will work to ensure that all email designs, content and templating reflect brand guidelines whilst remaining culturally relevant and capturing our customers’ imagination.
Day-to-day this role will focus on working with the CRM team to deliver on strategic briefs, including delivering inspiring emails, new templates and long-term projects. In short this designer will work to ensure all designs are created with a unified approach for a seamless omnichannel experience.
Multidisciplinary designer with a focus on digital.
• Strong proven experience of email design across different brands. Experience in fashion and/or sports is beneficial.
• Expertise of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop. Ability to create animations is a plus.
• Proven experience using Figma is essential.
• A solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
• A good knowledge of asset packaging, optimisation and handover to development.
• Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML).
• Strong grasp of email coding; understanding of capabilities and restrictions within different platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile processes.
• Good understanding of Brand and E-Commerce functions; the roles of teams within it etc.
