Role Purpose & Objectives:

My Global Finance Client is looking for a CRM Developer who will work closely with business areas and the Product & Technology teams to enhance and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving adoption and implementing best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Dynamics 365 CE technical expert within the organization.
  • Continuously refine and improve solutions in alignment with best practices and Microsoft updates.
  • Propose and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and review functional and technical documentation.
  • Implement and support Dynamics 365 CE, resolving tickets and coordinating with external suppliers when necessary.
  • Enhance development, testing, and release processes.
  • Stay informed about Microsoft updates and assess their impact on the organization.

Leadership: Communicate effectively, motivate teams, and collaborate across departments.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .Net, Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Strong experience in customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (within the last 2 years).
  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, and large-scale system deployments.
