Role Description

They are expanding and keen to speak to proven 360 consultants with a great billing background as they are looking to expand their team.


This is a full-time role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services/Mergers and Acquistions & Digital Technology


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for financial services positions. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting candidate interviews, managing client relationships, providing recruitment guidance and advice, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This is a hybrid role located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Experience with Finance, Financial Services Recruitment
  • Experience in consulting and providing recruitment guidance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
