We’re seeking a skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant fluent in Polish to join a growing European Enterprise Systems team. You’ll provide essential support for finance systems across the UK and Europe, contributing to system implementations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing Dynamics 365 Finance system implementations across the UK and Europe.
  • Assist in new finance system rollouts across European locations.
  • Manage support requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with developers on system changes and bug fixes.
  • Build expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance systems on both technical and functional levels.
  • Partner with implementation analysts to understand diverse business needs.
  • Promote best practices and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and a client-focused attitude.

About You:

  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting finance systems (preferably Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 data structures and creating queries to analyze data.
  • Demonstrable technical and functional proficiency with Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
