We’re seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. You should be capable of taking a creative brief and running with it, delivering well-thought-out design concepts backed by strong reasoning. You'll need the confidence to present and discuss your ideas with our Creative Directors and Account Management Team, and, when necessary, participate in client presentations. While collaboration is key on many projects, we also value self-motivation and a keen eye for effective design. The ability to think quickly, sketch out ideas, and embrace feedback constructively is essential to achieving the best results for our clients.


What you’ll do

• Ideate and create considered designs and artwork for a variety of projects across print and digital

• Artwork creative concepts through to all final deliverables

• Present your ideas to our creative and account teams

• Champion the standard of craft in the design team

• Create bold work for leading brands around the world


Who you are

• You’ll have at least five years of experience in the industry

• You have a passion for all things design and creative storytelling

• You’re at home with the Adobe CC package (and Figma as a bonus)

• You thrive as part of a fast-paced team and are unafraid to get stuck in

• You’re a great communicator and you’re confident in sharing your ideas

• You can craft concise copy and compelling headlines

• You have an eye for what’s trending in design and culture


Where you’ll be

Work from anywhere for up to 2 days a week, and 3 days from our studio in Bramley, Hampshire.
