Role Overview: Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager to lead their industrial and residential construction projects. With a strong track record in roofing, they are now taking on large-scale warehouse and residential developments—offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project leader to be part of this exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Resolve on-site issues and keep projects moving forward
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain all project documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (industrial or residential preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • OSHA certification and General Contractor's License (or willingness to obtain) a plus
