In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of streamlining end-to-end supply chain processes - from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. You'll work cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and implement strategic initiatives that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager - Process Improvement:

  • Analyse and optimise supply chain workflows to increase efficiency and agility.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Utilise Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive measurable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align process improvements with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to assess impact and inform decision-making.

What We're Looking For in the Supply Chain Manager - Process Improvement:

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement within a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives across complex supply chain functions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
