Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom AXA Full time
We’re seeking an Information Security Manager to join our team at AXA Global Healthcare (AGH) and assist in implementing a security strategy, governance framework, risk mitigation, and support business initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to understand and support the delivery of the business strategy, priorities, and detailed roadmap.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and hosting external audits. You’ll maintain the information security risk assessments, risk register, and risk treatment plans, while identifying and tracking out-of-tolerance areas and risks. Furthermore, you’ll track the effectiveness of security controls through measurement and metrics, aiming to build transparency of the security posture and enable the identification of ineffective controls and areas for improvement.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

Work across the business to ensure that compliance with implemented standards and controls are maintained to acceptable levels.
Oversee and support the business in responding to Regulatory enquiries, corporate client's queries, and audits for Security scope.
Support the maintenance of the Security Risk Posture for the supported Business area, engaging SMEs to ensure risks are understood and to prioritise risk management and remediation.
Supervise governance forums and meetings by ensuring pack production, minute-taking and actions are monitored and tracked to closure.
Provide Information Security consultancy in BAU, and occasionally within projects, to define solutions that support the current and future business vision.
Assist on project processes, vulnerability management processes, penetration testing, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Support identification and implementation of coordinated responses to information security audit and compliance issues.
Other day to day and ad-hoc task to support the business.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for:

Detailed understanding of security issues.
Ability to take a risk-based view of issues and areas of non-compliance with policy or best practice.
Strong planning & organisation skills with great attention to detail.
Previous experience in stakeholder management, with an ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Clear and concise presentation skills, identifying key issues and explaining them at senior management level.
Extensive management experience.
Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, carrying out other appropriate duties from time to time as required.
CISSP, CISM or equivalent professional security qualification preferred.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
