Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Ceiver LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to support the company's growth and scalability.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and procurement.
- Ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices to enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior operations leader, preferably in the [industry] industry.
- Strong operational expertise and proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Working Hours and Payment:
- Working hours: 5 hours per week
- Payment: £25 per hour

Note: During the three-month temporary period, the employee is allowed to work in any other company. The future of the company and the candidate's job will depend on the acquisition of the contract with Vena Solutions , anaplan and the employees performance.
