Sales Administrator

Senior Sales Manager


General Purpose

To carry out administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department, representing Renaker to the highest standards at all times.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on sales, enquiries, progress on targets and other reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Director as required.
  • Development Launches & Events: Set up new developments on Salesforce. Prepare any development specific documentation required for a launch. Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and Development Sales Manager on database lists.
  • Salesforce: Maintain and update Salesforce across all live developments. Act as the first point of contact for day to day queries from the team. Set up new users, create and update reports and dashboards as required. Prepare email audiences for marketing email campaigns. Communicate with the support company to assist with problem resolution.
  • Sales Admin: Prepare and distribute pricelists, prepare agency agreements,  manage internal approval and issue to agent. Process reservations for international sales. Order stationery, office supplies and any other sundries required for the Marketing Suite as required.
  • Webinar set up and preparation: Use the software to set up and assist with the preparation, marketing and delivery of webinars.
  • Marketing – Preparation of powerpoint presentations as required. Attend and support sales and marketing team at sales/agent/development events.
  • Sales Manuals: Complete reviews of Department manuals with team to ensure that all processes are documented and are up to date.
  • Legal Completions: Assist with the Customer Relationship Team with the preparation for the development/tower completions . Complete meter readings, assist with putting documentation in apartments, book in valuations and prepare gifts. Maintain accurate records at all times.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to manage own workload, work at pace and reprioritise when required to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Experience of using Salesforce
