About the Role
 The role involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
  • Supporting property development projects, secured lending, and property finance transactions.
  • Providing strategic and practical advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and colleagues.
  • Engaging in business development and contributing to the firm's growth.
