Success in this role means creative flair, effective team management, the ability to inspire others, being able to approach briefs with a creative yet commercial mindset and spotting logistical issues ahead of time with strong and actionable solutions.

Package: £70,000 + Bonus and Generous Beneifts package - London (Hybrid)

The Agency:

Proud to be B Corp certified, they take clients (such as eBay, Rimmel, ASOS and Nike) from concept to delivery, to create create culture-smart brand experiences. They work with brands to produce experiences that are playfully chic and perfectly timed.

You will be joining a young team based in London who put people first and promote a friendly atmosphere.

The Role:

Your duties are included but not limited to the below:

Project Management

  • Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations within the agency–includes full development of creative projects from initial idea through to reality
  • Ensuring consistency & quality of projects and improving efficiencies within the team
  • Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget
  • Signing off project timelines, proposals and budgets for your direct team
  • Managing and sharing client facing budgets and quotes–includes internal budget management and P&L updates
  • Contracting negotiation withh 3rd parties–includes management of SOW

Client & Supplier Management

  • Lead client contact on day-to-day level, particularly with senior clients
  • Pro-actively pitch new event ideas to top clients
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.

Team Management

  • Managing the teams' workload and coaching the team where neccessarry.

You:

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients' vision.
  • An understanding of how creative production roles complement other departments ,such as finance and client management.
  • Skills in managing people, projects and resources.
  • Awareness to pre-empt issues across both design and resource.
