Company Overview
You will be joining a global Entertainment business as their Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will report directly into the Senior In House Counsel and you will provide support to the wider Legal team in London, Czech Republic and Switzerland. You will be based in the London office full-time, with some flexibility on occasion to work from home.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the in-house Lawyers on the Legal team, drafting Legal documentation (following the instructions/guidance of instructing Lawyers), maintaining up to date indexes of contracts, corporate resolutions and other documents, providing administrative support to the day to day operations of the team, coordinating with public notaries and other public authorities, assisting in the preparation of team meetings/external visits and providing assistance with formatting, proofreading and editing Legal documents.
Role Requirements
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be a highly experienced career Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Law Firm or in a corporate Legal department with similar tasks. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive and hands-on approach, and a demonstrable passion for your chosen career path. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-orientated environment. You will be highly analytical with great conceptual skills.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
