About the Role

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organised Social Media Executive to take charge of our online presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the brand's voice, create engaging content, and grow a highly engaged community across social platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the development and execute a dynamic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and patient enquiries.
  • Create high-quality, aesthetic, and on-brand content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics) to showcase our smile transformations, behind-the-scenes of treatment, dentist's advice and patient experiences.
  • Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, keeping up with trends and algorithm changes.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor posts to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Work closely with our dental experts to create educational and promotional content that informs and inspires.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content to maximise reach.
  • Track analytics, measure campaign success, and adapt strategies for continuous growth.

What We're Looking For:

- A passion for luxury aesthetics, beauty, and wellness brands; and influencers in this sphere.

- Experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok essential).

- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills – confident with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.

- A creative eye for luxury branding and a keen understanding of social media trends.

- Excellent copywriting skills with a tone that aligns with our brand: sophisticated, engaging, and informative.

- Ability to plan, organise, and execute campaigns with strong attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a similar role within beauty, aesthetics, or luxury brands is a bonus.
