The Role:

  • To act as client point of contact within the UK In-bound Immigration team
  • To consult on and provide expert advice to assignees and corporate clients on UK Immigration processes
  • Serve as the immigration subject matter expert regarding UK immigration and visa queries covering Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled worker visas


Responsibilities:

  • Managing own end-to-end immigration caseload independently and assisting colleagues as needed, including all accompanying administration and internal system updates
  • Collaborating and communicating with client contacts and team members regularly
  • Preparation and filing UK immigration applications, focusing on Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled worker visas with the assistance of third-party vendors when needed
  • Ensure that all UK immigration regulations are followed and you work compliantly throughout
