The successful candidate will play a vital role in data extraction, transformation, and reporting, providing key insights that will support decision-making processes at the highest levels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a project of national significance, where attention to detail and analytical skills will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction & Manipulation: Extract data from multiple sources and manipulate it within Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Data Cleansing & Validation: Ensure data accuracy by cleansing and validating information before loading it into reporting platforms such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc management reports on key metrics, including volume of demand, team utilization, and more.
  • Visualisation: Build compelling visuals to present information to senior stakeholders, enabling clear and informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the ServiceNow team to ensure data is accurately captured for efficient reporting.
  • Planning & Leadership: Take ownership of your workload, planning and leading tasks independently to meet project deadlines.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excel Expertise: Proficient in Excel, including advanced charting and graphing capabilities.
  • Data Management: Strong ability to extract, manipulate, and integrate data from various sources.
  • SharePoint: Experience in using SharePoint for data storage and sharing.
  • Report Production: Proven experience in producing detailed management reports.
  • Communication: Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to plan and lead your own work independently.


Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Data Visualisation Tools: Familiarity with tools like PowerBI or Tableau for advanced data visualisation.
  • Project Management: Project Management qualification and understanding of the project management lifecycle stages.
  • Database Experience: Experience working with databases to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Trend Analysis: Ability to analyze trends and provide insights into data.
