Our mission is to reduce the impact of the streetwear market on our planet by supporting consumers & brands to make conscious choices. With a growing following and expanding network, we curate a diverse collection of coveted items and have recently been featured in Forbes, Drapers, and the Evening Standard.
We are looking for a talented Sales Assistant who is not only passionate about retail and customer service but also has a strong interest in streetwear & sneakers. You will work alongside our Retail Lead and play a pivotal role in our retail team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly on the shop floor, assisting customers with their style needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice, helping customers create on-trend outfits.
- Maintain a tidy and organised shopping environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their style preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Passion for streetwear & sneakers and a keen eye for style trends.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
