Position: Permanent and full-time
Reporting to: Social Marketing Manager
Working with internally: The wider marketing team including Social and Paid Media team to work as a brand unit and Design
Working with externally: Influencers and PR contacts 3rd party marketing platforms

The Job Role
We’re recruiting for a live wire Content Creator to support, develop and deliver our content plans across all our social platforms. To strategically grow our influencer marketing programme, curate and create on trend video and exciting and engaging copy content.
The job role will heavily feature creating world-class video content from initial concept to final delivery. Amongst juggling multiple projects, the role will involve acting quickly on trend-led content and future planning for our key seasonal campaigns and launches.

A creative all-rounder with a love of skincare, a deep and inquisitive interest the self-care and wellbeing and a finger on the pulse for all things social and influencers
You’ll know the chitter chatter in our skincare world and with the confidence to front our brand awareness plans on all social platforms and in the influencer world. You’ll love being in front of the camera and creating reels, videos and live broadcasts. Full of ideas, a brand social butterfly. Confident and captivating with a positive outlook on life, wellness and skincare.
You’ll be a warm, passionate, chatty individual who loves connecting with people. You will be an advocate of the TEMPLESPA brand, our products, our values and our love of living and breathing what we do. You’ll enjoy working as part of a busy, creative marketing team but also enjoy the opportunity to use your own initiatives. We’re a small team and so being a self-starter is a must.
You’ll be:
- Very comfortable in front of the camera and happy to constantly create and post video content
- Strong copy writing skills
- Highly motivated, creative and organised with an enthusiasm for connecting with people. Visible passion that shines. A love of customer engagement with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.
- Collaborative mindset within our marketing team and a hunger to be actively pitching ideas
- Strong knowledge of the UK influencer landscape
- An inquisitive researching and seeking mind
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Attention to detail is key – this role requires writing, sharp product knowledge and brand guidelines so a keen eye for spelling and grammar is important
- A strong passion for beauty and skincare
- With 2-3 year’s demonstrable experience in a similar role
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Actively focus on video content creation from start to finish. The concept, editing and execution. Video content is high on the agenda across all social media platforms and a key driver in engagement, sales and brand awareness.
- Identify, analysis, connect and develop relationships with new influencers who meet our brand objectives.
- Manage relationships with your key contacts, ensuring that they are kept up to date with all brand news and launches.
- Support the Social Media Manager with paid campaigns with influencers, liaising with agents and influencers on briefs and contracts
- Own and maintain the TEMPLESPA influencer database, ensuring it is up to date with relevant information
- Manage all day to day activity for influencer mail outs. Ensure all data is kept up to date and aligned with overall influencer strategy
- Co-manage all social media channels and campaigns with the view to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase engagement and customer numbers
- Working with the Social Marketing Manager to develop social media timelines to support NPD, sponsorships, marketing campaigns and all channel messaging
- Share responsibility of monitoring and responding to customer service issues raised on all social media platforms.
- Support in analysing social media and influencer results across our weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
