Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for a Commissioning & Service Engineer to join our growing client in the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ + experience in a similar role with an Electrical bias but also some Mechanical knowledge.
Site based mainly in the UK and Europe with some travel required to the US
*Company Van*
Overtime rates on top of base salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, Service and oversee installations of equipment – process plants, oxidisers, air pollution equipment, incinerators, combustion equipment or similar
- Have an understanding of wiring schematics and diagrams for panel equipment
- Experience working with PLC’s (Allen Bradley or Siemens) to troubleshoot operational issues
Key Attributes:
- Ability to travel to client sites globally and attend sporadic call outs to meet customer needs
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Any knowledge of thermal & catalytic oxidation solutions, gaseous air toxic fumes or odours from chemicals would be beneficial
