My client specialises in providing enterprise Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions designed to enhance business performance. The configurable software integrates seamlessly with Microsoft technologies, offering clients a user-friendly experience that aligns with their existing systems.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive new business development. This role involves prospecting potential clients, following up on inbound leads and conducting discovery calls with potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Marketing – Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns to help drive inbound traffic to follow up on.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 in software sales or a related field, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
