Role Overview:

As The Head of Payments & Fintech , you will lead the Payments & Fintech team, full recruitment lifecycle, manage client relationships, and drive overall business growth for your area. This role involves managing a team of 12 people who do client acquisition, candidate sourcing,

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, offering strategic recruitment solutions.

· Team Leadership: Mentoring and developing a growing team of recruitment consultants, setting targets around performance and wider candidate experience. Developing strategy with CEO to GTM and strategy. Planning opening of Miami office in Feb 2025.

· Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.



Key Requirements:

· Experience: 2+ years in Managing a recruitment Team, preferably within The payments, Fintech or Technology space.

· Leadership: Strong experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.

· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
