Finishing Line, a successful family-run e-commerce and fulfilment company, is looking for an HR Manager to support its ambitious expansion plans. With 120 employees, the company prides itself on an open and collaborative culture, from the senior leadership team to the packing floor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a real impact in a growing business. The role will be key in shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement HR policies to support business growth
  • Advise and support managers on HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance a positive workplace culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR experience in an SME environment, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or fulfilment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
