What will you contribute?


The Solution Design & Presales Manager will work with our global sales team to:


  • Keep our solutions highly relevant by gathering and defining client requirements, understanding their unique challenges and operating environments.
  • Become an expert in our products; explaining to clients how they work and the value they deliver. You will do this across a number of mediums (presentations, workshops, whitepapers, events, online posts).
  • Assist in developing bid content that supports the end-to-end sales process, and meeting our commitments to clients.
  • Provide clarity around the solution across the business by helping: commercial teams to understand our costs and risks; to translate our scope of services into robust contracts; educate the implementation team and different workstream leads on what has been sold.

  • Enjoys talking to clients and can get to heart of their problems quickly. You will engage in genuine dialogue, being capable of both listening and leading.
  • Can effectively synthesize client data and requirements into compelling solutions – you will be details orientated, but capable of seeing the wood from the trees.
  • Can manage ambiguity while maintaining a focus on client delivery, enjoys building structured and repeatable ways of working.
  • Is capable of quickly forming effective teams, working with colleagues from across different parts of the business and external partners.
  • Likes to question established ways of working, feels comfortable speaking up but can also build consensus.


What will your bring to the team?


We want to build a team that provides a diversity of experience and ideas:


  • You have experience of the RPO / MSP industry and understand its processes, technology and commercial drivers.
  • You have worked as a part of teams that have sold high-value and complex solutions. You have a track record of success and can articulate your contribution.
  • A confident communicator. You have a polished, concise style when writing and presenting. You can demonstrate how you have used it to persuade senior decision makers.
  • Analysing, manipulating and combining data sets. You will be able to build and refine models in Excel. Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
  • You are comfortable designing detailed business processes, and can articulate where you’ve done this in your previous roles.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
