Eligibility:

  • Experience of acting on behalf of a varied client base including private individuals, investors and property developers.
  • Experience in team management. (Responsible for managing a conveyancing team)
  • Proven experience of working with clients including estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Job Description:

As a Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

  • Be instrumental in managing property transactions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Report to the management team, your role will require strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • You will utilize your organizational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently.
  • Additionally, your IT proficiency will support the documentation and processing of transactions, contributing to a seamless conveyancing experience.
