Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced clinical operations manager who is passionate about helping others succeed in their careers to join our team as a self-employed career coach. In this role, you will work independently to provide personalized coaching and support to clinical operations managers seeking to advance their careers, navigate career transitions, and overcome challenges in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct individual coaching sessions with clinical operations managers to assess their career aspirations, strengths, challenges, and development needs.
  2. Help clients clarify their career goals, develop actionable plans, and implement strategies to achieve success in their careers.
  3. Provide guidance and support to clients on various aspects of career development, including resume writing, interview preparation, networking, job search strategies, and professional branding.
  4. Offer insights and advice on career advancement opportunities, industry trends, and best practices in clinical operations management.
  5. Assist clients in identifying and leveraging their unique skills, experiences, and accomplishments to differentiate themselves in the job market and advance their careers.
  6. Facilitate career exploration and decision-making processes to help clients align their career goals with their personal values, interests, and aspirations.
  7. Support clients in overcoming obstacles, such as work-life balance issues, career transitions, job dissatisfaction, or burnout, through personalized coaching and action planning.
  8. Foster a supportive and collaborative coaching relationship with clients, providing accountability, encouragement, and constructive feedback to help them stay motivated and focused on their career goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, clinical research, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a clinical operations manager or in a similar role within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and healthcare management practices.
  3. Demonstrated success in career development, coaching, mentoring, or talent management, with a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire confidence, and establish trust with clients.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess clients' needs, identify solutions, and develop actionable plans for career advancement.
  6. Empathetic and compassionate approach to coaching, with a genuine desire to understand clients' perspectives, challenges, and aspirations.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage your own coaching practice effectively, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and managing administrative tasks.
  8. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the fields of coaching, career counseling, and healthcare management.
