We're looking for a forward-thinking, commercially savvy insurance expert to steer the strategic direction of our global programs - covering everything from workers' compensation to medical benefits for our large contingent workforce and employees. If you've got a passion for premium optimisation, a knack for negotiation, and a global mindset, this is your chance to make a real difference on a global scale.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and lead the high-level design of our insurance programs, supported by an experienced operational team already managing the day-to-day. A key part of the role will involve rethinking and reshaping what we already have - challenging the status quo and ensuring we're always one step ahead with a smart, modern, and fit-for-purpose insurance offering.

You'll be based in either the EMEA region or the US, with some travel to our local hubs and wider global offices as and when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Visionary: Develop and lead a global insurance strategy that delivers value, consistency, and top-tier coverage across all regions.

Cost Champion: Use data-driven insights to reduce premiums and overall costs, while maintaining robust coverage.

Program Refresher: Regularly review and refine our existing insurance setup, identifying gaps, opportunities, and fresh approaches that elevate our coverage and keep us ahead of the curve.

Efficiency Driver: Set performance targets for service delivery, ensuring smooth and consistent experiences for internal teams and clients.

Compliance Expert: Stay ahead of local regulations and ensure our insurance programs meet all legal requirements in every market.

Team Leader: Provide guidance and support to our Global Insurance Manager and their team of four, empowering them to excel while you focus on the big picture.

Collaborative Partner: Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance to align insurance programs with wider business goals.

What We're Looking For

Insurance Pro: 10+ years in global or international insurance program management—ideally within the workforce solutions or staffing industry.

Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to design and lead international insurance strategies at scale.

Contingent Labour Specialist: Deep knowledge of workers' compensation, medical benefits, and contingent labour models across different regions.

Strong Leader: Comfortable guiding high-performing teams and setting a vision for success.

Analytical Mindset: Financially astute with a passion for data and efficiency.

Top Communicator: Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills—internally and externally.
