**Job Purpose:**
As a Bridging Finance Broker, you will be responsible for identifying and securing bridging finance opportunities, assessing client needs, and facilitating the arrangement of bridging loans. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their short-term financial requirements with speed and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and analyse client financial situations to recommend appropriate bridging finance solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of bridging loan applications from initial inquiry through to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a network of lenders to ensure a wide range of financing options for clients.
- Stay updated with changes in the bridging finance market, including regulations, lender criteria, and funding availability.
- Achieve and exceed set financial targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Ensure all brokerage activities are compliant with current financial regulations and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all client interactions are handled with discretion, integrity, and transparency.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably within bridging finance or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the financial lending market and products.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards governing the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
