Investment Analyst/Associate

Our client, a Consumer and TMT focused Private Equity Fund is looking to expand its team in London by hiring an Investment Analyst/Associate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate and manage investment strategies for optimal returns.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct industry research and prepare market reports.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial models, valuations, risk analyses, and capital plans.
  • Project Screening: Screen investment projects, perform due diligence, and manage deal execution.
  • Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure decisions are accurate, timely, and protect company assets.
  • Compliance: Ensure investment portfolios meet legal, regulatory, audit, and tax requirements.


Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of relevant Investment Banking or M&A experience with exposure to Consumer and/or TMT/Tech sectors.
  • Hold a qualifying academic degree in Finance or Management (or relevant) with excellent educational background.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English.
