Head of FP&A

An international Education group are currently looking for a Head of FP&A to join their expanding team in central London. The business has enjoyed rapid growth through a successful acquisition strategy and ensuring they deliver first class Education services and a platform for professional development. As the Head of FP&A you will work closely with a talented team in driving future growth whilst leading a small team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the annual budget and forecasts for various business units including analysis of financial performance, competitor analysis and identifying market trends
  • Creation of financial models to assess growth and forecast performance
  • Assessing business cases and existing projects/investments including appraisals
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to support commercial decision making
  • Leading and developing a small team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement


The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified (equivalent) with relevant post qualified experience in fast growing environment. You will have proven experience leading small teams within an international group and be confident in challenging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
