The role

A prominent central London estate is seeking an Asset Manager to sit within the Estate's Commercial Asset Management team. In a newly created role, this individual will report into the Head of Commercial Property and have broad coverage including office, retail and hotel assets.

The successful individual will be expected to contribute to:

(i) maintaining strong relationships with headlessees and joint venture partners

(ii) activating and managing rent reviews and lease renewal discussions

(iii) contributing to look-forward budgeting analysis.

Person Specification

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant law
  • Strong lease reading skills
  • Good understanding of Property Valuations
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail

Remuneration

The basic salary for this role will be dependent on prior experience but will be up to £50,000 plus an annual bonus and full corporate benefits.
