About the Company:We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse who must hold a valid peadiatric NMC pin to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing / health care staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This role requires in-depth knowledge of complex care in a community setting. Service user with complex care needs such as, Ventilation, tracheostomy, spinal injury, Acquired brain injury, Paediatric complex care, Learning disability, End of life care, Medication Management, Diet and nutrition management.

Required to support the development and management of the service.


About the Role:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the health care staff team
  • Monitor and assess SU care plans, Care planning and risk assessments – initial and ongoing
  • Ensure safe working enviroment for service users and staff team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive service user care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Implement infection control measures
  • Ensuring staff training/competancy sign off and development programmes are always up todate and relevant.
  • Provide clinical health care tasks training and competancy sign offs to health care staff
  • Recruitment of new health care staff
  • New client meetings (where required)
  • Medication and clinical audits
  • To provide clinical oversight in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the CQC
  • To support the Care services within the company in accordance with agreed standards
  • To maintain clinical skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to date
  • Assist in the development and support of staff through spot checking as required along with feedback and planning of resultant actions where required


Qualifications:- Registered Nurse qualification with current Peadiatric NMC registration

- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, service user complex care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Good organisational and time-management skills

- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
