Director, Clinical Science - Start-up Biotech - Immunology

Planet Pharma is currently working with a start-up biotech company who are looking for a clinical development professional to join the business as a Director, Clinical Science.

As part of this role you will be focused on bringing projects into the clinic and beyond with a particularly focus clinical development strategy rather than clinical research operations. This position will be working across their full immunology portfolio covering pre-clinical right through to commercialisation, and your role will be to take ownership of leading the clinical development activities throughout.

This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are still a start-up stage but are growing from strength to strength to innovate the world of immunotherapies. If you're looking to take on an autonomous role where you can lead from the front and hold on to hands-on responsibilities, this is the position for you.

For this position, our client is looking for someone who has extensive experience across:

  • Clinical development from translational through to phase III
  • Immunology/auto-immune therapeutic area
  • Global experience working with EMEA, US and APAC regions

This company are very focused on building a business made up of like-minded individuals so you must be passionate about the pharmaceutical/biotech world particularly in the immunology space.
