Application Support Engineer with experience supporting customers on Nav or business central applications is sought on a hybrid basis by an international manufacturer & engineering firm with an HQ near Birmingham.


With extensive acquisitional growth this Application Support Engineer will join a dynamic, highly skilled team focussing on supporting customers with their technical queries or issues with BC/ Nav.

This role would suit an application support engineer with knowledge of Nav/ BC who is looking for a clearly defined career development pathway into development, consultancy roles or more senior technical support roles and who can bring a positive, engaging and hard working attitude to the company.


This Application Support Engineer based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:


  • A background in supporting customers on Nav or Business Central ERP systems/ applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The drive to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Strong customer service skills
