About Us:

We are a leading e-commerce business at the forefront of innovation, delivering exceptional online shopping experiences to millions of customers across the UK and beyond. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Lead Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of e-commerce.

The Role:

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of our product portfolio. You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to provide insights that guide strategic decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, user behavior, and product performance will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing user experiences, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product analytics team to provide actionable insights on customer behavior, product performance, and business trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements, A/B testing, and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a clear view of product performance across all levels of the business.
  • Partner with product managers to develop data-driven product roadmaps and strategies that align with business goals.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the product organization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance product analysis and reporting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a product analytics role, ideally within an e-commerce or digital business.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of analysts.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Flexible working arrangements (hybrid model).
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • A collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Generous employee discount and benefits package.
