Key Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand enterprise accounts with over 1,000 users.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Develop account plans and identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular business reviews and strategic insights to stakeholders.
Key Attributes Required:
- 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise accounts in a VAR environment.
- Strong relationship management and strategic planning skills.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
- Ability to manage large revenue accounts with significant growth potential.
- Experience working with IT vendors such as Microsoft, Dell, AWS, and Cisco.
