The role:


Opportunity for an established Professional Indemnity Senior Associate 5+ years PQE to join a leading team in Bristol.


This leading practice handles a wide variety of claims against various professionals including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants and financial advisers. They act for all major Professional Indemnity Insurers, as well as for a number of large professional services firms.


This hire will be defending liability claims both pre and post-litigation, whilst also providing advice and representation on associated matters such as regulatory issues, risk management and Ombudsman complaints. The team is also frequently asked to advise insurers on policy coverage aspect of claims.
