This role offers the chance to join an innovative, industry-leading company known for transforming wealth management practices through cutting-edge technology. As a Sales Professional, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, building relationships with high-level decision-makers, and empowering clients with powerful solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and better client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business within the DACH region, focusing on wealth managers, private banks, and family offices.
  • Present and position the company's advanced WealthTech SaaS platform to potential clients, showcasing its capabilities in portfolio management, data aggregation, investment performance reporting, and client communication tools.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, Heads of Wealth Management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with pre-sales teams, product specialists, and marketing to tailor solutions and deliver a compelling sales pitch.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including market trends, pain points, and regulatory challenges, to ensure you provide high-value insights.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial meetings to negotiating and closing deals, ensuring high-value contracts are secured.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the WealthTech or FinTech space, preferably with a background selling SaaS solutions to wealth management firms.
  • Strong understanding of the wealth management and private banking industry, with experience in solving business challenges for wealth managers through technology.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and effectively close complex deals.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a high-performance environment.
  • Track record of success in selling high-value technology solutions, with the ability to understand and articulate the client's needs and pain points.
