We are currently expanding our presence in Ireland and we are looking for people with experience delivering land services for a number of new roles which include:

  • Land Referencers
  • Land Access Consultant
  • Land Officer
  • Surveyors
  • Senior Surveyors
  • Principal Surveyors


Duties involve but not limited to:

  • Working to support our teams in the delivery of land access including landowner and stakeholder engagement regarding Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO) General Vesting Declaration (GVD) and Development Consent Orders (DCO),
  • Identifying landowners, land agents and legal representatives, planning authorities and research of Registers of Republic of Ireland.
  • Engagement with landowners and other parties who have an interest in the land.
  • Securing access to land for surveys.
  • Play a major role in Ardents Land Access directorate, working on NSIP’s within Ireland and be part of our continued growth and success.



Knowledge / experience required:

  • Experience within delivering land services such as land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement.
  • Knowledge of Irelands statutory consents requirements such as DCO, CPO.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Enthusiastic and driven.
  • Technically focused.
  • Commercially aware, working within budget and playing an integral part of driving outcomes as part of Ardents business plans.
  • Full driving license.
